SomaYoga Therapeutic Sessions

Offered via Zoom or In Person.

In these private sessions, we’ll work one-on-one to identify and transform the patterns in your body. Through somatic movements, we’ll release chronic tension, activate underused muscles, and create a personalized home practice to help you regain control of your movement patterns and experience greater freedom.

The assessment will also include an analysis of your breath pattern, along with a basic Ayurvedic evaluation to provide personalized self-care techniques for daily well-being.

Pricing: $120 first session (90 minutes) | $90 ongoing sessions (60 minutes)

Essential Oil Treatments

Our essential oil treatments use doTERRA’s AromaTouch technique to alleviate physical and emotional stress. A series of eight essential oils is applied to promote relaxation, support the immune system, reduce pain and inflammation, and elevate mood. Together, these oils restore balance and bring the body into a state of homeostasis.
