Yoga & Books: The Great Work of Your Life
Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30pm

Described as an “owner’s manual for the soul,” The Great Work of Your Life is an inspiring meditation on realizing your life’s purpose.

Author Stephen Cope believes that the secret to unlocking your deep purpose can be found in the two-thousand-year-old spiritual classic called the Bhagavad Gita. In The Great Work of Your Life, Cope takes us on a step-by-step journey through this revered tale and interweaves it with the lives of modern day people who embody its central principles. 

Join us as we dive into the lives of Jane Goodall, Walt Whitman, Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Mohandas K. Gandhi to reveal the fears, doubts, trials, and passions we all face when we dare to live an authentic life.

Workshops & Specialty Series

New Year, New Energy Workshop
December 31, 6:00pm

In this two-hour workshop we will rest, reflect, and reset to bring our very best self forward into the new year.

This workshop will include physical practices interwoven with guided journal prompts to create space in our bodies and our minds so that we may tap into our inner knowing with more clarity and ease. 

We will begin to REFLECT with a yin yoga practice that helps us ease into our bodies as we look back at 2024 to celebrate our wins, note what we would like to leave behind, and find the blessings and lessons in it all.

We will then RESET with a gentle winter flow that helps us leave the year behind and tap into our soul’s mission for the new year.

We will close with a REST that includes a yoga nidra practice that invites us to envision what things will look like one year from now.

Practices are gentle and are designed for all levels – beginner to advanced. Each physical practice will be approximately 20 minutes long with journaling in between. A workbook will be provided post-workshop so that you may continue or revisit your reflections.
