Prior to Visiting the Studio

Your mindfulness matters!

Prior to attending an in-person yoga class, please assess your own physical health. If you have any of the following conditions, please plan to remain at home and/or participate in class via ZOOM.

  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Sore throat
  • Muscle aches
  • Headache
  • Loss of taste or smell

If you or a family member have been diagnosed with COVID-19, please self-report to Allissa at Allissa@MuditaWellnessMN.com.

Class Attendance

Pre-registration is required for all in studio classes.

Classes will be broadcast at their regularly scheduled times via ZOOM for those who are unable to attend in person or prefer to practice at home.

Please cancel your registration if you are unable to attend class in person. Email Allissa@MuditaWellnessMN.com.

What to expect at the studio

It is recommended that you wear a mask in common spaces at Healing River Chiropractic. You may choose to remove your mask at your own discretion once you have entered the studio space.

studio cleaning practices

Students are encouraged to bring only essential items to class, including their own props. Students are responsible for sanitizing their own props with their own cleaning solution.

Any shared props will be cleaned between classes. Use of blankets and straps remains suspended until further notice.

General Mudita Wellness Policies

All students are required to sign a waiver of liability prior to participating in class or an AromaTouch session.

Cash, check and credit card are acceptable forms of payment. All sales are final and non-refundable and non-transferable to other persons. Class purchases are subject to expiration, 3 months unless otherwise stated.

Cell phones are not allowed in class. They should be silenced prior to class and placed in a cubby outside the studio.

Mudita Wellness keeps all client information confidential and will not share your email, address or phone number with third parties without your written consent.
